DECOR SET UP &
CEREMONY COORDINATION
When you just need an extra hand!

The Décor Set Up & Ceremony Coordination Services package is perfect for couples who just need their décor set up.
This package includes:

One phone meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding date; to create a detailed décor & set up plan

Wedding day on site service available for up to 6.5 consecutive hours

Set up of all your personal décor at the reception & ceremony spaces (*excludes excessive heights and weights)

Coordination of your wedding ceremony (cueing music & officiant and the full processional)

Tear down of your ceremony décor immediately after the ceremony

Repurposing of your ceremony décor (if desired) or put into your venue storage space

Distribution of vendor payments or gratuities (if required)

DAY OF COORDINATION
When you've done it all and are ready to just have fun!
Don't be confused, it means exactly what it says! Day of coordination services allow you to celebrate and enjoy all your hard work while we ensure your plans and vision fall into place just how you expected.
This package includes a meeting with us within the month before your wedding, a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal and 12 hours of service on your wedding day.
Services can include set up/tear down and coordination of decor at your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; conducting your ceremony procession for the full wedding party; ensuring all vendors are adhering to the evening's timeline that has been arranged.

THE IN-BETWEEN PACKAGE
You're half way there! The BIG day is almost here!
The "In-Between" Package is perfect if you've gotten most of your ducks in a row and are at the stages of organizing everything you have put together so far.
We are here to help with continuing the planning process until the end. Together we will put together everything you have completed, and see what is left to be done.
This package includes everything in the "day of coordination package", as well as additional meetings before your wedding day; assistance with sourcing any remaining vendors; organizing all your planning parts to create finalized wedding documents, including the day of timeline; ensuring all steps are complete right down to the very last detail!
