EXPRESS COORDINATION
When you just need your timeline kept!
Express coordination is perfect for the couple who has a plan for getting the day ready and set, and just needs a coordinator to keep their timeline in order.
With this package, we will schedule a pre-wedding meeting roughly a month before your big day. We will arrive on site for your wedding a minimum of 1 hour before the ceremony start time, and be present until the dinner portion of the reception has ended. Upon arrival we will verify that your set up is done as you had requested and make any changes as necessary to ensure everything is perfect.
Our on site responsibilities can include coordinating your ceremony procession, checking in with all vendors, ensuring all speeches and MC's are keeping on schedule with your pre-planned timeline, as well as working with the venue and caterers to ensure all aspects of your meal are delivered as outlined.
Coordination of a ceremony rehearsal can be included with this package.

DAY OF COORDINATION
When you've done it all and are ready to just have fun!
Don't be confused, it means exactly what it says! Day of coordination services allow you to celebrate and enjoy all your hard work while we ensure your plans and vision fall into place just how you expected.
This package includes a meeting with us within the month before your wedding, a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal and 12 hours of service on your wedding day.
Services can include set up/tear down and coordination of decor at your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; conducting your ceremony procession for the full wedding party; ensuring all vendors are adhering to the evening's timeline that has been arranged.

THE IN-BETWEEN PACKAGE
You're half way there! The BIG day is almost here!
The "In-Between" Package is perfect if you've gotten most of your ducks in a row and are at the stages of organizing everything you have put together so far.
We are here to help with continuing the planning process until the end. Together we will put together everything you have completed, and see what is left to be done.
This package includes everything in the "day of coordination package", as well as additional meetings before your wedding day; assistance with sourcing any remaining vendors; organizing all your planning parts to create finalized wedding documents, including the day of timeline; ensuring all steps are complete right down to the very last detail!
