This package includes:

One phone meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding date; to create a detailed décor & set up plan

Wedding day on site service available between 11:00am – 5:30pm

Set up of all your personal décor at the reception & ceremony spaces (*excludes excessive heights and weights)

Coordination of your wedding ceremony (cueing music & officiant and the full processional)

Tear down of your ceremony décor immediately after the ceremony

Repurposing of your ceremony décor (if desired) or put into your storage space

Distribution of vendor payments or gratuities (if required)

Clear Umbrellas
Clear umbrellas can be added on last minute to any décor set up package, or rented in advance for anyone looking to be extra cautious! Up to 20 Clear Umbrellas are available for rent. They must all be returned by the end of your cocktail hour.

*if an umbrella is returned damaged or broken, a $30 replacement fee will be charged per broken umbrella.

NOTE: Dyment's Glen Drummond Farm only permits LED candles on the property, no real flame candles can be used.
